Job summary

Caliber Collision Yukon Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair professional. You will perform full repair workflows, including frame and structural work, blueprints, and precision reassembly to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Expect collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff, plus ongoing training opportunities such as I-CAR and ASE certifications. You’ll work on a variety of jobs with modern equipment while contributing to a safe, efficient shop

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience driving road-ready results.
• Frame and structural knowledge with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprints must be interpreted and applied accurately on repairs.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing demanding tasks.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from bodywork to final assembly.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure fit and finish meet quality standards before release.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in training and share knowledge to level up teammates.
