Job summary

Caliber is seeking experienced collision repair technicians in Broken Arrow, OK to perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural work. You’ll blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars safely and efficiently.

We value hands-on skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We support training such as I-CAR and ASE certifications, plus competitive pay, PTO, and day-one

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds, and alignments with precision.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore frame integrity.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
