Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail for quality and safe assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Perform panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
