Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in our Denver, CO shop. You will perform full-frame and panel repairs, blueprint and restore vehicles to factory specifications, and work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver top‑quality results.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay, career growth, and ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE).

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time with attention to detail.
• No-shortcuts mentality; work with precision and care.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise technique.
• Perform full collision repair from fender bender to frame rebuild.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish on vehicles.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop procedures.
