Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Avon Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our high-volume shop. You’ll repair fenders, frames, and structural components, aligning and welding to factory specs while delivering safe, road-ready vehicles.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, solid frame knowledge, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A team-first attitude and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Commitment to precise, right-first-time repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding tasks.
• Team-focused mindset and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final touches for safe, road-ready vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
