Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for our Tucson Service Center. You’ll perform full collision repairs from Fender to frame rebuilds, using precise blueprinting and modern equipment to return vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish aligns with standards.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
