Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in collision repair.
• Blueprint and straighten to factory specs.
• Attention to detail in tightened bolts and welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
