Caliber Collision Monument is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will blueprint, straighten, and square frames, perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and ensure panel fit and welds meet factory specs.

• Two or more years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work: bend, twist, or tear restored to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly: ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
