Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly; fit, finish and safety checks.
• Work as a team and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
