Caliber Spokane is seeking skilled auto/body technicians to perform full collision repairs at our Downtown shop. You’ll work on frame, panel, and structural repairs, ensuring precise alignment and high-quality finishes.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently, while following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Two+ years repair experience in auto body/structural work.
• Proficiency with frame and structural alignment processes.
• Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs on first attempt.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs from frame to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
