Caliber's Seattle – Magnolia service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join a team that handles full-life cycle repairs—from framing to reassembly. You’ll work with top equipment, follow factory specs, and ensure safety standards are met.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to quality. The job offers competitive pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities to grow with I-CAR and ASE training.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair with a minimum of two years handling wrecks.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Commitment to precise repairs, safety, and quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on the shop floor.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently through the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at the shop floor.
