Caliber Collision’s Spokane Valley Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join a team that handles full-frame and panel work. You will blueprint, straighten, and repair vehicles with precision, contributing to safe, high-quality outcomes for customers.

If you have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, you’ll fit in with painters, estimators, and front office staff to keep workflows efficient and effective.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Ability to blueprint, straighten, and square components.
• Strong eye for detail with precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with others.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
