Caliber Nampa is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair collision-damaged vehicles to factory specifications. You will perform frame and panel work, blueprints, and precise reassembly with a focus on quality finishes.

The role requires at least two years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair to spec."
• Strong attention to detail; ensure proper welds and bolts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters and estimators.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
