Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. Based in Omaha, you’ll perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, applying frame and structural know-how. The role emphasizes a no-shortcuts approach, attention to detail, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.

• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• You're committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts—just clean, precise work.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
