Caliber is hiring for an auto body technician at our Omaha, NE center. You will perform comprehensive collision repairs, including framing, panel work, and final reassembly. You’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to deliver safe, high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how; pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint it and fix it right.
• Detail‑oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
