Caliber's Mint Hill, NC Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to handle full repair from frame to finish. You will blueprint, straighten, and weld with a focus on factory specs, while lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

We offer competitive weekly pay with a flag rate of $20–$27, ongoing I-CAR/ASE training, paid time off, and access to modern equipment to support your career growth.

Formación

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Meticulous attention to tightened bolts, welds, and overall quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
