Qualifikationen

• At least two years turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten and square.
• No shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
