Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fridley, MN is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair and restore vehicles after collisions. You will perform full collision repairs, including fender, panel and structural work, to factory specs, coordinating with painters, estimators and front office staff to keep cars moving through the shop.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair from fenders to frame.
