Caliber Collision — Service Center Forest Lake is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications. You will perform frame and structural repairs, welded assemblies, and complete reassembly with tight tolerances.

Candidates should have at least two years of collision repair experience, be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team. I-CAR and ASE training are provided; competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are

• At least two years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mindset; follow blueprints.
• Sharp eye for detail; quality welds and tightened bolts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender bender to frame rebuild.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
