Job summary

Caliber Collision Oakwood Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, straighten frames, and perform precision panel and structural work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

The position requires at least two years of hands-on experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. We offer training (I-CAR, ASE), paid time off, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain safety and organization at the shop.
