Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Attention to detail; tight bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-based collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Conduct panel and structural repairs to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
