Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Aston center seeks an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll perform full repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise blueprints, and collaborating with peers to ensure quality workmanship.

We value hands-on expertise (minimum two years), blue‑print accuracy, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Day-one benefits and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Must be able to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure finish quality and proper fit of reassembled components.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
