Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Aston, PA center. You will perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using precise blueprinting and factory specs.

You’ll work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently. Ideal candidates have at least two years of collision repair experience, know-how in frame and structural work, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Strong attention to detail; precise repairs and reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work, bent/torn parts restored to specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish; proper fit and alignment.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
