Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame components.
• Follow blueprint and repair to factory specs without shortcuts.
• Sharp eye for detail in bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Perform full collision repair, including fender and frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Conduct quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness while working with a team.
• Coordinate with other shop roles to move vehicles efficiently.
