Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how and the ability to pull, straighten, and square assemblies.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and care.
• Perform full collision repair from minor fixes to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
