Qualifications

• Two years of wreck repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts approach to blueprinting and repairs.
• Keen eye for detail and precise welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration across departments.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
