Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of auto collision repair experience.
• Blueprint, pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Detail-focused with precise welds and tightened bolts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Work on panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
