Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames per blueprints.
• No shortcuts—follow blueprints and repair to factory specs.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and overall workmanship.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Collaborate with team across painters, estimators, and front office.
