Caliber’s Service Center in Rising Sun, MD is seeking a collision repair technician to restore vehicles to road-ready condition. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, perform full collision work, and ensure precise panel/structural alignment with quality reassembly. We value two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and an eye for detail.

You must lift up to 50 lbs, thrive in a team, and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail for tightened bolts and welds.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with focus on fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
