Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled automotive collision repair technicians at our Upper Marlboro service center. You will perform full collision repairs, panel and structural work, and quality reassembly, ensuring factory specs and safe road performance.

We’re looking for experienced hands with at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required; physical fitness and teamwork are a must.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square parts.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guessing.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
