Job summary

Caliber Collision Clarksville service center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair wrecked vehicles and restore them to factory specs. You will perform frame straightening, panel work, and precise welding, collaborating with painters and estimators in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on collision repair experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on repair experience transforming wrecks into road-ready vehicles.
• Frame and structural repair experience to restore factory specs.
• Attention to detail with precise bolt tightening and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts; be precise.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore bent components.
• Ensure quality reassembly; fit and finish must meet standards.
• Collaborate with team members to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
