Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff is essential to move cars efficiently through the process. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair experience and knowledge of pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Blueprinting and repairing to factory specs with no shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
