Caliber Collision’s Avon service center is seeking an experienced auto collision repair technician. You will repair and restore vehicles to factory specifications, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
