Caliber Lebanon is seeking a skilled auto body technician to join our Service Center in Lebanon, IN. You will perform full collision repairs with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles through quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welds, and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
