Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Commitment to blueprinting and proper repairs on first pass.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit/finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
