Caliber Collision in Lebanon, IN seeks an experienced collision repair technician to perform full repairs, from frame rebuilds to finished reassembly. You’ll apply precision, use modern equipment, and contribute to safe, road-ready results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
