Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Lancaster, PA is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from frame to finish, and ensure panel/structural work meets factory specs.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands—at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from framing to finish.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
