Caliber's Shepherdsville service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles after accidents. You will straighten frames, repair panels, and perform high‑quality, factory‑spec repairs using modern equipment.

Formación

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and fix correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final fit/finish checks.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
