Caliber Collision Portland Service Center is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles after collisions. You will blueprint, straighten and reassemble vehicles, working with a team to restore factory specs and ensure safe, high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong frame/structural skills, and a no-shortcuts mindset, plus the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint, fix it right the first time.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; team-focused collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish; final checks.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
