Caliber Florissant is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame alignment to final reassembly, working closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Formación

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Can pull, straighten, and square frames and panels.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tightened bolts, welded joints, and quality finishes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from start to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep work area safe and clean.
