Caliber Collision Service Center Puyallup – River Road is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. If you have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset, you could thrive here.

You’ll work with a skilled team to repair fenders through frame rebuilds, welding and bolt-tightening to factory specs. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprinting and precise work.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Provide quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
