Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Commitment to blueprinting and correct repairs.
• Attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the line.
