Job summary

Caliber's Puyallup Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to handle everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds with precision and modern equipment. You will join a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on tight bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative team player with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain safety and tidiness in the work area.
