Qualifications

• At least two years of repairing wrecks into road-ready cars.
• Knowledge of frame alignment and structural repair.
• Commitment to precise, correct repairs on first attempt.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from cosmetic to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
