Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles using a range of tools, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of our team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repair work and cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins where needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint vehicles.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets KPIs and standards.
