Gerber Collision & Glass in Perrysburg, OH, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise assessment, repair, and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Work with a team to meet KPI goals, follow WOW operating standards, and use a range of tools to repair bodies, replace parts, and refinish surfaces. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer excellence within a flat-rate compensation structure.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Mansioni

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using various tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
