Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to meticulously assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and inspect vehicles, ensuring quality and speed in alignment with WOW standards.

Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. You’ll work on body, frame, glass, and paint tasks in a collaborative shop environment, with strong safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, weld and repaint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repaired vehicles.
