Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, aligning frames and replacing parts, with emphasis on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Aufgaben

• Plan and estimate repair work for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; apply factory or equivalent paint.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and KPI targets.
