Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Greer, SC is seeking an Auto Body Technician who delivers excellent customer experiences through precise vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality and adherence to KPIs, while representing the Boyd Group as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, quoting costs, and performing body work with skillful tool use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and quality repair.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles and inspect for quality.
• Realign chassis/frames, replace parts, paint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and meet KPIs.
