Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed and excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of tools and methods to repair vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using the listed tools.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass, interior parts, and paint as required.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure work meets standards.
